Processing Time
All orders require a processing time of 5–15 working days before they are shipped. This allows us to properly prepare, inspect, and package your hair to our quality standards. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Dispatch
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Europe (EU): 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
