Refund policy
Due to the unique, custom nature of each order and the hygienic considerations involved with hair products, all sales are considered final. Every bundle, wig or closure/frontal is carefully sourced, prepared, and quality-checked before shipping, and significant time and craftsmanship go into fulfilling each order.
When returns are accepted
We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect length, texture, or style than what was ordered).
- Your item arrived damaged or defective due to an error on our end.
Conditions for eligible returns
To qualify for a return or refund, the following must apply:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at domenthelabel@outlook.com.
- The hair must be unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging with all tags and ties intact.
- Clear photos and/or video of the issue must be provided as proof.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Hair that has been washed, brushed, cut, coloured, installed, or otherwise altered.
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect selection of length, texture, or colour at the time of ordering.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in cases where we have shipped the wrong item. If approved, the original product must be returned in its original condition before a replacement is shipped.
Shipping costs
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
